Wendy joined the company in 2002 and became a co-owner in 2006. Wendy advises clients on business management and strategic planning. During the strategic planning process Wendy partners with clients, by developing strategic frameworks, facilitating sessions and workshops, and providing thoughtful and action-oriented advice. Wendy also assists clients in preparing business plans, feasibility studies, and funding and financial proposals based on her acquired knowledge of each client’s needs. She has worked closely with entrepreneurs on both a one-on-one basis as well as in small group settings. In this regard, Wendy has acted as manager of projects such as the Innovation Acceleration Project, a ten-month process that supports Island businesses in accelerating their innovation agendas.

Wendy brings to each project extensive skills in project management, presentation and facilitation. Her skills are equally applicable to steering committees, boards of directors and both small and large groups of interest.

Active in her community, Wendy is a member of the Innovation and Technologies Association of PEI, PEI Business Women’s Association and the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce. In addition to participating as a member of Chamber of Commerce committees, Wendy has been an advisor and a moderator for the Entrepreneur’s Forum, has volunteered for the Heart and Stroke Razzle, Dazzle Red, and has been part of an awards selection committee for a local organization.
